Use Trackeris Technician to connect to Macs running Trackeris Support.

- Open Trackeris Technician and choose Sign in with Google.
- Finish Google sign-in. You return to the app automatically.
- In the Vault sandbox, open a device record, click Connect and confirm.
- The app selects the serial. You can also select a Mac in the sidebar. Review its hostname and serial above the screen, then click Connect.
- The person at that Mac approves the request and chooses the display to share.
Use Trackeris Support 0.7.3 on receiving Macs to report their serial. Unlinked serials cannot start a session.
During an approved session, use the Terminal, System Settings and Activity Monitor shortcuts to open those apps on the receiving Mac. Shortcuts require Trackeris Support 0.7.2 or later; they stay disabled with older clients.
This diagnostic release pauses mouse and keyboard control until video frames arrive. Use Trackeris Technician → Connection details to inspect capture, receive and decode counters, including the last ended session.
New test installations appear in your list for linking. Each support session still requires approval on the receiving Mac.
